  • rated chapter

    As soon as a chapter has at least 5 ratings and has not been reported, it can be found via search
    engines (such as Google) and downloaded as e-book for free. This helps to further attract readers.
    Access: Anyone on the web can find the chapter on OpenStoryBoard.

  • popular story

    As soon as the entire story has at least 50 ratings with an average top rating, it can be purchased
    and downloaded as e-book on OpenStoryBoard. Authors earn 50% of the sale price as royalties.
    Access: Anyone on the web can find the story on OpenStoryBoard.

  • prime story

    As soon as the entire story has at least 500 ratings with an average top rating, it will be edited professionally and can also be purchased and downloaded as e-book from traditional online stores like Amazon. Authors continue earning 50% of the sale price as royalties and are recognized under their screen-name.
    Access: Anyone on the web can find the story on OpenStoryBoard and in traditional online retailers.
    Next step: OpenStoryBoard aims to transfer the story into the traditional media and entertainment landscape, such as screen or print.
